Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how to cancel reservations and charging on Sarai.
1. Reservations
If you reserve a connector ahead of arrival, you can cancel it from the app at any time before the reservation window. Cancelling a reservation frees the charger for other drivers and is free of charge.
2. Stopping a charge
You can stop an active charging session at any time from the charging screen. You are billed only for the energy delivered up to that point — there is no cancellation fee for stopping early.
3. Wallet top-ups
Wallet top-ups complete instantly and add prepaid balance, so they can't be “cancelled” once done — but the balance remains yours to use for future charging. If a top-up was charged but not credited to your wallet, contact us for a correction.
4. No-shows
If you don't arrive for a reservation, it expires automatically and the connector is released. Repeated no-shows may limit future reservations.
