Delete your account
You can delete your Sarai account and personal data at any time, directly in
the app. This page explains how, and what is removed.
Delete it from the app (fastest)
- Open the Sarai app and sign in.
- Open the side menu → Profile.
- Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm by typing your registered mobile number.
Your session ends immediately and the account is deleted right away.

number/email with the subject Delete my account. We complete the
request within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile (name, email), and your login — your mobile number is
unlinked so it can no longer sign in.
- Your saved vehicles, auto-start settings, device/notification tokens,
reviews, community-charger reports, and game scores.
What we keep, and why
- Charging session and payment/wallet records are retained in
anonymised form (no longer linked to your name, phone or
email) as required for accounting, tax and dispute resolution.
Note: deleting your account forfeits any
remaining wallet balance and cannot be undone. If you have a charging session
in progress, stop it before deleting.
