Charging won't start / a charger looks offline — message us on WhatsApp with the station name and we'll check it live.
Payment or wallet issue — send the date and amount; see our Refund Policy for how refunds work.
What does it cost? — the app is free; top-ups carry only the payment provider's processing fee, passed through at cost (from 1%). See Pricing for the full list.
Delete your account — do it in-app under Profile, or see this guide.
Add or fix a charger you own — WhatsApp us to get listed.

Reporting a safety or billing problem? Message us on WhatsApp with your registered number and, if it's about a session, the receipt or session time — that's the quickest way for us to find it and put it right.
